Position Overview
We are seeking a talented professional to join our Finance team as a key member responsible for overseeing accounting activities across our UK and European operations. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining financial integrity through meticulous reporting, analysis, and reconciliation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly consolidated P&L review and analysis for Group reporting.
  • Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
  • Reconcile key balances such as accruals, prepayments, and deposits at month-end.
  • Manage the UK fixed asset register, including monthly depreciation and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS16 for Right of Use assets and conduct related balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Handle intercompany account reconciliations and foreign currency translations.
  • Prepare and submit UK and Irish VAT returns.
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable team on P&L analysis and coding.
  • Assist in producing monthly consolidated management accounts with insightful analysis.
  • Support Group and Component audits as required.
  • Undertake other financial and accounting duties as necessary.


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-department teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in analytical, quantitative, and social skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, finance systems, and accounting packages (e.g., Xero).
