AJ Connect is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a world-renowned company, based in the outskirts of Edinburgh.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant x2 
Location: South of Edinburgh
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5hrs a week
Salary: £24,000- 26,000 + Excellent Benefits
 
AJ Connect is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a world-renowned company, based in the outskirts of Edinburgh.
 
The role is a perfect opportunity, for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for an exciting new role.
 
 
Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Process high volume supplier and subcontractor invoices for payment.
  • Gaining authorisation of invoices in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Managing key suppliers in the best interest of the group.
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders/suppliers.

Skills and Experience

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience desirable but not essential
  • Prior Accounts Payable experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic Excel skills.
